At Kuposu (operated by Skanda Innovations), we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems and what the process involves.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account or interaction with us
- A description of the data you would like deleted
- Any relevant account identifiers or usernames
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, we will delete the following information associated with your account:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other profile details you provided
- Usage Data: Activity logs, interaction history, and analytics data linked to your account
- Personal Information: Any other personally identifiable information collected through our forms, services, or communications
- Project Data: Messages, project details, and attachments submitted through our contact forms
Deletion Timeline
We process data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request. Here is the process:
- Day 1-3: We acknowledge receipt of your request and verify your identity
- Day 3-15: We identify and prepare all data associated with your account for deletion
- Day 15-30: We permanently delete your data from our active systems and backups
Confirmation Process
Once your data deletion request has been processed:
- You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided, notifying you that your data has been successfully deleted
- If we require additional information to verify your identity or locate your data, we will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your request
- If your request cannot be fulfilled (e.g., due to legal requirements), we will inform you of the reason and the specific data that must be retained
Data That May Be Retained
In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some of your data even after a deletion request. This includes:
- Legal Compliance: Data required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings
- Financial Records: Transaction records and invoices required for tax and accounting purposes, as mandated by Indian law
- Dispute Resolution: Data necessary to resolve pending disputes, claims, or complaints
- Fraud Prevention: Minimal data required to prevent fraud or enforce our terms of service
Any retained data will be kept only for the minimum period required by law and will be securely deleted once the retention period expires.
Third-Party Data
If your data has been shared with third-party services (such as Google Analytics), we will take reasonable steps to request deletion from those services as well. Please note that third-party data deletion is subject to the respective service's own policies and timelines.
